Triple Pane Technology
Triple Pane Windows & Doors
When it comes to upgrading your home, energy efficiency and comfort are key. WindowLab offers triple pane windows and doors designed to provide superior insulation, noise reduction, and durability. Our products are crafted to handle Minnesota's extreme weather conditions so your home remains comfortable throughout the year.
What Does Triple Pane Glass Entail?
Low-E Glass
Each pane is coated with specialized Low-E coatings that reflect 98% of infrared and ultraviolet light. This keeps your home’s interior temperature stable while also protecting your furniture from fading due to sunlight exposure.
Three panes
With three layers of glass separated by insulated spaces, triple pane windows provide significantly better thermal efficiency than single or double pane options. The three panes work together to block heat transfer and keep your home more energy efficient.
Gas Fills
Between the panes, non-toxic argon or krypton gases provide superior insulation compared to standard air-filled windows. These gases minimize heat transfer, keeping your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Super Spacer®
Our windows utilize Super Spacer® technology, a non-metallic, dual-seal spacer that maintains the separation between panes. This technology reduces the transfer of heat and moisture for the highest durability and thermal performance.

Single Pane vs. Double Pane vs. Triple Pane
Single Pane Glass: Only one layer of glass, offering minimal insulation and energy efficiency. Best suited for mild climates.
Double Pane Glass: Two layers of glass with a space in between, providing moderate insulation. A common choice but limited in extreme climates like Minnesota.
Triple Pane Glass: The most advanced option, with three layers of glass and gas fills, delivering the best energy efficiency, noise reduction, and durability.

Benefits of Triple Pane Windows & Doors
Investing in triple pane windows and doors brings significant advantages that make the extra cost worthwhile.
Energy Efficiency: Our products are Energy Star® certified and manufactured by an ENERGY STAR partner. Independently tested and verified by the NFRC (National Fenestration Rating Council), they meet the stringent energy-efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Noise Reduction: The multiple panes and gas fills also act as a sound barrier, drastically reducing outside noise. Whether you live near a busy street or in a noisy neighborhood, you’ll appreciate the peace and quiet that triple pane glass provides.
Durability: Built with high-quality materials, our triple pane windows and doors are designed to withstand the harsh conditions of Minnesota winters. The Super Spacer® system ensures long-lasting performance, while our frames and seals are built to last.
